All surfaces to be coated must be free of grease, oil, moisture, and other foreign matter. Surfaces should be dry, with release agents and laitance removed by abrasive blasting or acid etching. Surface salt is removed by high pressure water washing, cement laitance, loose particles, mould release agents must be removed. Fill surface irregularities with relevant product. After the surface preparation is completed concrete strength should be minimum 1,5 N/m2 and the humidity ratio should be max. %5 of the concrete.

APPLICATION
A and B components should be mixed by low speed mixer for a couple of minutes. The entire contents of each container must be mixed together. Pot life of mixture is 45 minutes at +25˚C. Higher temperatures will reduce pot life of the coating, lower temperatures will increase. It is applied on concrete by roller. It is mixed with 0,1-0,3 mm quartz sand (1/1) or 0,2-0,5 mm quartz sand is spread over the wet film in desired consumptions. Do not leave the mixture in the equipment more than 30 minutes. Although EPOXY PRIMER is solvent free, a good ventilation will protect the applicator, prevent condensation on the film layer, and help to achieve an optimum coating performance. Ventilation should continue during curing process.
