Hardness R28 = 15 Mpa
Humidity = < %5
Temperature = +5°C ile +30°C

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be free of oil, grease and before the application. Clean the surface using a high pressure washer and remove oil, grease and wax contaminants, cement laitance, loose particles, mould release agents must be removed. Fill surface irregularities with the relevant product.

APPLICATION
It is supplied in two part in different containers. (A and B components) should be mixed by low speed mixer for a couple of minutes. The pot life of the mixture is 35 minutes at +20 ˚C, pot life may change depending on temperature. Whole surface is primed by roller or brush. Preferably, airless spray is used for application. After 6-8 hours, polyurethane coating or sealant is applied.

Cleaning of Tools

Tools are cleaned with suitable solvent after application. Rollers are single use only.

Shelf Life

Can be kept for minimum 12 months in the original sealed pails in dry places and at temperatures of +5 ˚C and 25 ˚C. Once opened, use as soon as possible

Apply in well-ventilated, no smoking areas, away from naked flames. In closed spaces use ventilators and carbon active masks. Hands and eyes must be protected with gloves and protective glasses. In case of eye contact, rinse eyes with plenty of water for the material. During application ventilation should be done well. The MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is available on request.
